Every pallet accounted for. Every load correct.

Passive UHF RFID reads a whole pallet in one pass — so you count without unwrapping, hold custody from put-away to dock, and know a load is right before it leaves the building.

The problem

Pallets get counted. They rarely get verified.

A barcode tells you a pallet exists. It doesn't tell you what's on it, whether anything walked off between put-away and the dock, or whether the load going out the door matches the order. So the errors surface where they cost the most — at the customer, as a short-ship, a mis-ship, or a chargeback.

Read the whole pallet in one pass.

Passive UHF is the right physics for packaging: tags cost cents, hundreds read at once, and nothing has to be opened, staged, or hand-scanned.

  • Bulk reads — a full pallet of tagged cases reads in a single sweep, wrapped and stacked.
  • Cycle counts without unwrapping — walk an aisle with a handheld and count what used to take a shift.
  • Put-away and pick confirmation — the right pallet in the right slot, confirmed as it lands.
  • Chain of custody — every read is timestamped, so you can retrace where a pallet went and who moved it.
  • Dock-door hand-off — pair it with a fixed-reader dock portal to catch every crossing automatically.
Load verification

Is this load correct, and is it complete?

Counting tells you how many. Verification tells you whether it's the right many. AssetWorx! can hold a pallet's expected contents — the pack list — and reconcile the actual reads against it at the moment the load is staged, returning a plain three-state answer to the floor.

Signal light stacks used for go, re-scan, and stop load-verification alerts

Go

Every expected case is present and identified. The load matches the pack list. Ship it.

Re-scan

Something expected hasn't been read yet. The set is short — re-scan before calling it done.

Stop

An item is on the load that doesn't belong to this order. Wrong-item errors are caught before the truck.

Load verification is configured to your pack lists and read points as part of scoping — tell us how your loads are built and we'll show you what it looks like on your floor.

Where it fits

Built for places that move volume.

  • Packaging & converting — finished-goods pallets from line to warehouse to truck.
  • Distribution & 3PL — multi-customer inventory where mis-picks are chargebacks.
  • Manufacturing finished goods — hand-off from the production line into finished-goods inventory.
  • Returnable containers — pallets, totes, and racks that are assets in their own right and quietly disappear.
